Road Supervisor’s Report –
Darryl received a called from Calumet County Sheriff questioning a memorial cross in the ditch in the Town Brillion, and how long it can stay there? Darryl asked if anyone knew the guidelines or statutes regarding the amount of time memorials can remain in the ditches. Board was going to check at town’s association meeting to see how the other towns work with memorials in the ditches.
Old Business: Supervisor Berken talked with Nick Michels from Next Door Bar in Forest Junction regarding the recent noise/traffic complaint the town board received. Nick was very receptive to making specific changes to improve the noise/traffic issues. During the conversation, it was also noted that the DC Eagles also meet twice per month in the garage by his bar which contributes to the traffic and noise issues on certain nights.

MSC by Berken/Fischer to adjourn the meeting @ 8:23 pm.
Karen Jannette, Clerk
